Safely start strengthening your body from the inside out, together with fellow new mothers.
In postnatal yoga, the yoga postures and exercises are specifically geared toward supporting new mothers who have recently given birth. This specific yoga type helps you to pay attention to and deeply relax your body, as well as to strengthen and “bring it together” – by safely reactivating your abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles. You are welcome to join us for a trial class!
Our Postnatal Yoga
Private Class
If you have specific needs or (pelvic) complaints, a private postnatal yoga class with one of our experienced teachers can be very pleasant. The class takes 1 hour, can be fully adapted to your personal situation and can take place at your home at a time that suits you, from about the third week after delivery on.
Time: 60 min for €85,00
Location: at your home in Utrecht or the Betuwe (travel / parking costs may apply).
