Met fertiliteitsyoga willen we de bloedsomloop stimuleren naar die specifieke gebieden die belangrijk zijn voor je vruchtbaarheid. Zo staat je bekkengebied centraal, maar ook de belangrijkste hormoonklieren krijgen bewust meer aandacht. Daarnaast werken we aan het openen van de heupen (om de doorbloeding naar het bekkengebied te stimuleren) en doen we oefeningen voor een zacht gezicht, soepele schouders en een ontspannen nekgebied omdat deze spieren via spierketens in verbinding staan met het bekkengebied.<\/p><p>Na de yoga volg je de Fertility eindontspanning voor een diepe eindontspanning waarin je lichaam de oefeningen kan verwerken. Er zijn o.a. baby yogaoefeningen ter ondersteuning van het verteringsstelsel, het stimuleren van de motorische ontwikkeling en het vestibulair systeem. Voor baby's vanaf 12 weken tot en met de eerste stapjes. De cursus wordt gegeven door Yogadocente Nadine Arendsen met hulp van haar eigen zoontjes.
