Take yoga classes where and whenever you want


At studio Vandaan, we want to support as many women as possible before, during and after their pregnancy. If you do not live in Utrecht or cannot attend live classes at our studios, we have two alternatives: Follow a live-stream yoga class via Zoom (we switch to English when English speakers join in) or take an On-demand yoga class, such as the ones below. You can follow these on-demand yoga classes at your own time and pace and from the comfort of your own (home) room.

On Demand Yoga Classes

Pregnancy Yoga Class, Basics – 1

This Pregnancy Yoga class is suitable for you from 14 weeks of pregnancy. The class focuses on breath and soft movement in seated positions, which can help you experience your pregnancy in a more conscious and relaxed way.

As soon as we see your payment coming in, we create an account for you in our online course platform and send you the details through mail. Please note this is a personal mail sent by us, so this may take up to 24 hrs. 

You will receive 7 days of access to the class.
